Ingredients:  34% kidney beans, 14% pineapple sweetened (pineapple, sugar, preservative (E220), acidulant (citric acid)), onion, carrot, leek, parsley, palm oil, 12% ham (pork, wheat starch, salt, smoke extract, acidulant (rosemary extract, citric acid), preservative (E250)), potato starch, 3% bell pepper, 2% sweetcorn, broth (soy protein, salt, glucose syrup, sunflower oil), 0.12% cayenne

Preparation:

1. Open pouch at tear notch. Unfold bottom.  Remove "oxygen absorber".

2. Add hot water up to line 10 (=0.400 Litre).

3. Stir well.

4. Close Zipper.

5. Allow to stand for 8 minutes.

6. Stir again.

7.  Eat out of the pouch.
